The KHV-32 Integrated High Voltage Signal Generator is a mobile system for accurate location of both high and low resistance, and intermittent faults on low and medium voltage cables.Output voltage is step adjustable in the ranges 0 - 32 kV. It can be made continuously or cyclically via surge switch when discharging of high voltage capacitors into the faulty cable. The connected cables and the internal surge capacitors are automatically discharged separately from each other when the instrument is switched off.
