RAPTOR was successfully tested at the State Grid Henan ±1000 UHV Henan Converter substation.

On October 30, 2021, We supplied Multifunctional Primary Testing System RAPTOR from SMC,Spain to the State Grid Henan ±1000 UHV Henan Converter substation.
The product was tested successfully, accurately and quickly and was highly evaluated by the customer.


                        


Output current up to 15000A
RAPTOR output current up to 15000A, the larger the output is equivalent to the more compatible devices, more able to see the degree of shock resistance of the protection circuit, the better the effect of the actual test in the field. Tri-RAPTOR can be used together to output three-phase high current to simulate the entire substation operating environment during the handover process after the substation overhaul.

TriRAPTOR—3 RAPTORS can be used together
After purchasing the main unit RAPTOR MS, the customer can subsequently purchase RAPTOR SL, if they have more testing needs. 
RAPTOR SL can be connected wirelessly to the RAPTOR MS  to eliminate cable limitations. Up to three RAPTOR’s can be connected together to simulate the entire substation operating environment by outputting three-phase high currents during the handover process after a substation overhaul.

The main unit RAPTOR MS weighs 35 kg and comes with wheels and handles for more convenient and easy transportation.

Epidemic prevention and control, remote guidance was successful
Our technicians originally planned to provide on-site training and the technical support, but due to the epidemic prevention and control, our technicians wasn’t able to participate on-site training. Finally, we had an online meeting with the customer, then they were successfully completed the test by themselves with our remote instructions.

RAPTOR uses loop pass technology and the tester does not need to be connected. At the same time, the measurement operation can be realized with the hand-held controller Raptor HH , and the test equipment can be operated by a single person. The data can be stored and downloaded to the PC. 
It is really easy to operate, no need for tedious wiring process and operation procedure, through video guidance can help field staff to complete the first operation.
